These tools are rapidly improving, evolving, and becoming more accessible. They have spilled over into academia, sparking conversations about the potential benefits, opportunities, challenges, and ethical implications of AI. What does that mean for you—a University of Arizona student, staff, researcher or educator in the classroom, office, and lab?
Kicking off this fall, the University is hosting the AI at Arizona Town Hall Series—panel discussions with Q&As and one debate. These interactive events provide a forum for the entire campus community to exchange ideas and experiences related to AI in higher education, from the classroom to industry. We invite you to join the conversation in person or virtually. Registration is required.
The Institute for Computation and Data-Enabled Insight is convening the series in partnership with the Office of the Provost and Research, Innovation and Impact, and the UA Debate Series in the College of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
